Aramaic and the Roman Empire

• In the last few lessons, as we traced through the history of Aramaic from the very beginning of Creation down through the pages of the Old Testament, we have looked at the major Empires of the Bible, including the Assyrian Empire, the Babylonian Empire, the Medo-Persian Empire, and the Greek Empire.
• We come now to look at the next - and final - Biblical empire, that is, the Roman Empire.
