Aramaic into Crusader Times

• If you have been following thus far on these lessons on the History and Background of Aramaic, you will have seen that Aramaic has a very long history indeed. We have traced through Aramaic's journey nearly at the beginning of Creation, all the way through the Assyrian, Babylonian, Greek and Roman Empires. For several thousand years, Aramaic continued its journey down through time. It was the language used by all the nations surrounding Israel, throughout the pages of the Holy Bible.
